The Nissan v. Government of India dispute has been in the news recently. In a nutshell, Nissan had invoked arbitration against the Government of India for the failure by the State of Tamil Nadu (an Indian province) to provide Investment based Subsidies it allegedly promised in an agreement between the State and Nissan. This presentation provides a bird's eye view of the dispute.

Presentations convey salient points to the reader thereby substantially improving the reading experience and are at the same time simpler and quicker to make. Please post in the form of posts and not in the form of presentations.
Varun, thanks for the suggestions. We shifted from posting in detail to power point presentations primarily for two reasons: (1) it is easy to come up with a power point presentation- one need not worry much about grammar, editing is easy, the ideas are presented in short points, which reflects how the brain normally thinks- not in the form of syntactically alluring sentences but as ideas, and most importantly, it can be prepared in quick time; (2) it is easy for the reader to go through the ppts.
As lawyers, we are comfortable with lengthy posts and articles.Ppts are probably efficient both for the blogger and the reader.
What do you think about these reasons? Interested to know why you are comfortable reading posts than presentations.
